| Sharon is our company’s Broker, owner, mentor, top selling Real Estate Agent and our rock! In less than 5 years of adding the world renowned RE/MAX name to the successful Fairlane Realty Inc. Company, Sharon was inducted into the prestigious RE/MAX Hall of Fame for her sales performance. That’s no surprise as Sharon has been putting buyers and sellers like you together in our local market since 1979. Drawing on her mantra of “getting the job done”, Sharon enjoys sharing her wealth of knowledge with both her “team” and her loyal clientele. Sharon has been heavily involved in organized Real Estate over the years at a local and provincial level on the provincial Education Committee as a Past President and on several Adhoc committees. That zest to make a difference led her to complete a third term on the School Advisory Council at the Valley Elementary School. Sharon has resided in the Valley area for years and is interested in its continued development. Currently Sharon is serving as the Vice President of the Colchester East Hants Hospice Society. Her keen interest in education has earned her a SRES designation (Senior Real Estate Specialist) to better serve our aging population. When it’s time to relax, Sharon jumps at the opportunity to travel, especially in the Caribbean and Arizona, Nevada. When she’s home, you’ll find her in the garden and spending time with her life partner Orland and his three adorable granddaughters: Sophie, who is 6, 8-year old Josie, and Gabrielle who is 2. | After a brief teaching career, I spent over 25 years in the Financial Services industry. Although every one of these years was enjoyable, they did necessitate several job transfers and the task of uprooting my family and moving to a new location. I didn't realize it at the time but these moves were destined to benefit me when I later became involved in the exciting world of Real Estate, in 1999. They enabled me to appreciate that relocating can often be a stressful experience and to empathize with people who, for one reason or another, are obligated to make a move. | Jason who hails from the small community of Bass River married the love of his life Tessa and headed off on their greatest adventure... teaching English as a second language in Japan. Once their “travel bug” had been fully fed they returned home to Truro where Tessa kept on teaching and Jason embarked on his Real Estate Career here at Remax. It was a natural fit for this well travelled guy who paid his way thru 4 years at the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton, spending his summers putting in long days working side by side with his Dad in his construction business. Having earned his Business Degree in 2003 Jason took the Remax Mentored Program “Buffini’s 100 Days to Greatness” with gusto and has been a Remax Award winner ever since. |

I enjoyed 3 years of working at Remax Fairlane Realty before heading up the sales division of Killam Properties. In this position, I had the opportunity to sell new manufactured homes all over the province. In doing so, I realized there is nothing quite like working and living in your home town, so I am back! |
| Ever since Glen took the real estate community by storm in 1996 he has been a constant award winner for sales achievement. A lot of that has to be attributed to his strong work ethic, attention to details, extensive knowledge and living by the “Golden Rule”. This creative thinker is a life long resident of Truro who joined the work force at an early age on his parents farm in North River. Not much wonder he is up at the crack of dawn every day. I have seen both ends of the spectrum having grown up and spent most of my life in Alberta and subsequently moving to Nova Scotia. I married a Cape Bretoner and he brought me to where his heart belongs - the Maritimes. So while many maritimers have left this area to head West, I did the opposite! I have seen the growth in the real estate market in the west and I believe in a strong real estate market here in the Maritimes.
